Project Details

SR 30E From SE 30A To St. Joseph State Park Washout Repair in Gulf County - Hurricane Michael recovery efforts are in effect. Work at the site involves repairing the roadway where the hurricane has washed out the previous asphalt along with upgrading the roadway for washout preventive measures.

US 98 (SR 30A) from Saltcreek Bridge to the Gulf County line in Bay County - Improvements consist of providing permanent roadway repairs to the damaged roadway, paved shoulders, front slopes, guardrail, drainage, concrete and pedestrian features along US 98 from west of Saltcreek Bridge to the Gulf County line in Bay County.

US 98 from East Point to Carrabelle in Franklin County - Repairs to the roadway and bridge are underway. Washout preventative improvements are included with this recovery project.

Traffic Impacts

Washout preventative operations prior to paving the roadway continue. These operations will strengthen the road and prevent storm related damages in the future. Intermittent lane closures may be experienced during this time.
