Project Details

The intent of the project is to resurface state Road (S.R.) 63 from south of S.R. 159 to C.R. 159A (Potter Woodberry Road). The project includes resurfacing the existing travel lanes, auxiliary lanes, median crossovers, and paved shoulders within the study limits. The project also includes S.R. 63 and C.R. 159A intersection improvements such as closing the S.R. 63 median at Hinson Main Street, providing a southbound right-turn-only lane onto C.R. 159A, and increasing the length of the existing S.R. 63 northbound left-turn-only lane for additional capacity. The proposed access modifications to S.R. 63 within the project limits will be reviewed during the public hearing.

The project also involves minor improvements including replacement of sidewalk curb ramps and drainage improvements to accommodate the proposed resurfacing.

No right-of-way will be required.

Note: All information is preliminary and subject to change without notice.
