Project Details

Resurfacing US 231 (Harrison Avenue) from US 98B (6th Street) to US 98 (15th Street). Additional improvements include resurfacing existing travel lanes, auxiliary lanes, on street parking, and paved shoulders; upgrading sidewalks and pedestrian features to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards; improving drainage at 14th Street; and adding new pedestrian signals at 11th Street and 12th Street.

Traffic Impacts

No lane closures will occur at the following times:

*6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday during active school sessions

*6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday through Sunday between Memorial Day and Labor Day
