Project Details

The intent of this project is to replace the existing bridge on US 98 over Saint Joe Bay Inlet with a new concrete structure. Improvements include new guardrail, minor drainage improvements, sodding, and placement of new pavement markings. Additional right-of-way and temporary construction easements were required for construction of the proposed bridge.

Traffic Impacts

Existing two-way travel will be maintained during construction. A pedestrian bicycle detour from Fourteenth Street to Allen Memorial Way will be available for cyclists and pedestrians during construction. Additional right-of-way and temporary construction easements will be required.
