Project Details

The intent of this project is to widen and realign approximately six miles of SR 388 and east of Burnt Mill Creek to SR 77. The existing two-lane roadway will be reconstructed as a four-lane divided roadway and will include a 12-foot shared-use path along the south side of the roadway. The eastern 1.5 miles of the project will realign SR 388 northward to intersect with SR 77 at CR 388 and a cul-de-sac will be constructed on existing SR 388 approximately 1 mile west of the existing SR 388 intersection at SR 77 and Edwards Road. Right-of-way and construction are not funded in the current FDOT Five-Year Work Program.
