This study will also evaluate roadway safety, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, and freights/goods movements. The proposed improvements will consist of widening SR 390 between SR 77 (Ohio Avenue) and SR 75 from a two-lane rural collector and arterial undivided roadway, to a six-lane urban, undivided arterial, including improvements at either end of the project.
