Project Details

The PD&E Study extends from the Santa Rosa County line to SR 393 (Mary Esther Boulevard) in Okaloosa County. The study will investigate the following: widening of SR 30 (US 98) from the Santa Rosa County line to SR 393 (Mary Esther Boulevard), analyze all major intersections to evaluate potential capacity needs and improve operations, evaluate the social, economic and environmental effects of the alternatives. The PD&E Study process involves the following tasks: data collection, public involvement, engineering analysis, environmental evaluations, local, state and federal agency coordination, compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
